This is Bunloaf the Resting Rabbit. Bunnies are often found relaxing in this pose and observing my own rescue rabbits, I felt inspired to create this sculpture. Bunloaf is hand formed from stoneware clay, underwent 3 firings, under-glazing, glazing and will be a great home decor. He is fired a high temperature and would also be suitable for the patio or garden.
Measuring 15cm L x 8cm W x 8cm H
This bunny can also be made to match your own rabbit I will work from your photographs when I create commissions. Of course there’s extra work and materials and firings involved so the price value will go up a bit, whereas this particular bunny is just the colour of the natural clay. For commissions I would need ca 3 – 5 weeks to completion to allow for the long drying processes and detailing during the ceramics process.
