I created this little Ceramic Rabbit Plate for anybody who happens to love desert scenes or rabbits. The scene is called ‘What, no carrots here?’ You might expect jack rabbits in the desert but this is an ordinary rabbit who got a bit lost. This little piece of art is functional as well as quirky. I am sure lots of uses can be found for it as for instance serving savouries or sweets or chocolates on it. It could be a wall plaque too if one just wishes to enjoy the picture.
The item is made with stoneware glaze, painted with slip and underglaze colours, and finally glazed. Fired 3 times, measuring ca 11cm diameter.
