Description
This my interpretation of the famous Liverpool Liver Building as situated at the Liverpool waterfront, a ceramic votive that comes with battery operated LED light to place inside the sculpture, lighting up the windows of the Liver Building.
It can be lit with candles also and is suitable for indoors. When using the votive outdoors, of course it would need solar lights or candles, but the sculpture can withstand the weather. It was fired at a very high temperature and is glazed.
For indoors, it could possibly be made into an electric table lamp by feeding a wire through one of the lower windows at the back and attaching a lamp fitting inside.
I can imagine this being given to someone who appreciates the beautiful building, a true Liverpool souvenir collector. It could be gifted as wedding present, for a housewarming, a birthday gift or to someone from Liverpool who moved abroad. This sculpted building is popular and has been sold out in gift shops and at faires before
Measures approximately 21cm x 14cm x 10cm
I also make them without outside glaze so it is a brown finish a bit more like stonework finish texture.
